The pet-friendly policy was greatly appreciated, as my furry companions were warmly welcomed. The staff, while generally friendly, were accommodating and assisted in making my stay more comfortable. The rooftop terrace offered lovely views, especially during breakfast. However, I was taken aback by the additional charge for milk for coffee at breakfast. The location was convenient, though the surroundings could use some improvement. The second room was more satisfactory, with a nice view of the lake. The on-site parking was a plus, and the staff's hospitality was commendable. The hotel provided a comfortable stay, offering a reasonable balance between cost and amenities.
